Shipping
Shipping within Sweden typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Currently, we only ship within Sweden. Delivery times within Sweden vary from 7-14 business days, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You can pay in Swedish Krona (SEK) or euros.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have issues with tracking, please contact us at support@serenadecouture.com.
Purchases
We accept Klarna (buy now, pay later), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. You can pay in Swedish Krona (SEK) or euros, as we operate in Europe. Choose the method that suits you best at checkout.
We provide a size chart on each product page with detailed measurements (in cm). Our clothing is generally in European sizes. If you’re unsure, send us an email at support@serenadecouture.com, and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right size.

If your size is out of stock, you can leave your email address on the product page to be notified as soon as it becomes available again. We restock regularly, so keep an eye on our website!
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at support@serenadecouture.com. Send photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement product or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under Swedish consumer law. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order. The products must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at support@serenadecouture.com for a return label. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@serenadecouture.com. After 24 hours, we can no longer guarantee any changes, as your order may have already been processed.
